If you would like EMTs on hand for an event, simply fill out the form below and the scheduling officer will contact you as soon as possible. Requests submitted fewer than 14 days before the event may not be filled. Request submitted at least 14 days in advance will usually be filled but are not guaranteed. Our rate is $50/hour for each EMT plus 30 minutes preparation per day (the number of required EMTs is determined by the expected number of attendees at the event), which includes all required medical equipment, plus an additional $75/hour if you would like the ambulance there as well. Discounted rates are available for groups with an MIT cost object. If you request the ambulance for an event, it must still leave the event to respond to any emergency calls received. Requests may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the event, after which you will be charged 50% of the full price.
